鹵煮鍋及鹵煮生產(chǎn)線是結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)制作工藝研制開發(fā)的新一代食品鹵煮設(shè)備，具備自動(dòng)化的恒溫控溫系統(tǒng)和老湯的循環(huán)澆灌系統(tǒng)，適合于鹵煮扒雞、燒雞、烤鴨、豬蹄、豬肉制品、牛肉制品、罐頭制品等。

鍋體采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)，達(dá)到食品衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。鹵煮鍋能根據(jù)設(shè)置的配方參數(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)加熱、保溫、降溫功能，方鍋的設(shè)計(jì)理念增加出成率的同時(shí)，方便了產(chǎn)品的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)，形成了一套包含清洗、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、蒸煮功能的生產(chǎn)線，為逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化工廠打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
