燎毛修刮拋光輸送機(jī)

該套設(shè)備由干燥機(jī)，燎毛爐，拋光機(jī)及輸送線四部分組成。干燥機(jī)可以清除豬胴體上的松毛和水分，從而減低了燃?xì)獾挠昧?；燎毛爐可以燒掉豬胴體上絨毛，并給豬皮殺菌；拋光機(jī)在燎毛后為豬胴體表面進(jìn)行最終清洗，使手工刮毛的工作量大大降低，從而提高了工作效率。

This unit consists of drier, singeing oven, abrasive finishing machine and conveyor. Drier may eliminate moisture and fluff to reducing dosage of fuel gas. Singeing oven may burn out fluff on the carcass, and make sterilization for pig skin. Abrasive finishing machine is used to wash the carcass. All of which is reduce the manual working capacity and raise the productivity.
