Sausage twist cutting machine with transportation belt is used for cutting sausage twists of both natural casing and man-made casing. It specially high efficiency to cut very short cocktail sausage and hotpot sausage. It can cut piece by piece or a string of pieces. The number of pieces in a string can be set on screen. It can also cut by set length, which means that long sausage without twists can be cut into set length of pieces. Minimum length is 25mm. Total number of pieces is displayed on screen. The counter can be reset. Number of pieces in minute and actual sausage length can be displayed instantly. Machine can automatically stop after set time without cutting.
剪節(jié)機主要技術(shù)指標:
1.腸節(jié)由紅外光電傳感器自動檢測,切割次品率低于3‰;切刀根據(jù)檢測結(jié)果自動以極快的速度啟動切割,保證了切割的準確和快速。大大提升了產(chǎn)品檔次。不需要預先設定腸的長度。
Sausage twists are automatically detected by infra-red sensor. Scrap rate is less than 3‰。The knife is started at very fast speed when a twist is detected. It can insure very fast and accurate cutting. Final product looks more attractive. It is not necessary to set sausage length.

4.腸的直徑范圍10 - 45毫米,定長切割時最大直徑30毫米。腸的最小長度25毫米,最大長度不限。皮帶輸送速度根據(jù)頂板的規(guī)格和腸的長度確定,最大速度可達1.8米/每秒。短腸時切割速度可達1800根以上
