Aluminum wire double clipping machine
氣動(dòng)鋁絲雙卡封口機(jī)是我廠自行研制開發(fā)的設(shè)備，此機(jī)直接采用鋁盤進(jìn)行封口，扣形美觀，封結(jié)力強(qiáng)，操作方便。耗能低、效率高、性能穩(wěn)定。
1.該機(jī)采用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，設(shè)計(jì)合理。
2使用德國(guó)斯托的氣動(dòng)元件，可保證產(chǎn)品的壽命。
3.使用鋁盤絲封口，成扣為梅花型，美觀大方。
4.可配雙罐裝管，大大提高了生產(chǎn)人員的工作效率。
5.本機(jī)具有計(jì)數(shù)式裁刀功能，適合不同的生產(chǎn)要求。
6.可與我廠生產(chǎn)的各種猩紅灌裝機(jī)配套使用，形成灌裝、封口自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線。
7.可數(shù)顯示計(jì)數(shù)，可選配快換雙管，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
8.1-20可任意設(shè)定裁斷。.
