斬拌機(jī)利用斬刀高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的斬切作用，將物料及輔料斬成肉餡或肉泥。使物料的斬切時間短，溫升小，提高了物料的細(xì)膩度，可充分提取蛋白，使產(chǎn)品具有彈性、乳化效果好、出品率高等特點。整機(jī)主體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制作，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理，加工精度高，便于操作及保養(yǎng)，關(guān)鍵部件選用進(jìn)口元件。根據(jù)不同型號規(guī)格的斬拌機(jī)，選擇不同的配置，以滿足用戶的需求。

●ZB-80A/125A型為三速

●ZB-125B/220(B/C)/330A型為變頻調(diào)速

●ZB-220(A/B/C)/330A型有自動上料、自動出料功能。
