設(shè)備簡介

鹽水注射機(jī)可將鹽水及輔料配制的腌漬劑均勻的注射到肉塊中，大大提高了肉制品的品味和出品率。用戶可根據(jù)工藝要求，通過調(diào)節(jié)步進(jìn)速度、步進(jìn)距離、壓肉板間隙即注射壓力，將腌漬耶定量、均勻、連續(xù)地注入物料中，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的最佳注射效果。YSZSJ-82型采用進(jìn)口變頻器調(diào)節(jié)步進(jìn)速度，調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)口變頻水泵壓力?？烧{(diào)的速度及壓力，確保一次性均勻注射產(chǎn)品。82型可帶骨注射各種肉制品及雞鴨等產(chǎn)品。

本機(jī)采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制作，設(shè)計(jì)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、操作方便、傳動(dòng)鏈板可拆卸，清潔衛(wèi)生，清洗方便，是肉制品加工企業(yè)比不可少的設(shè)備。
